Mathematical Astronomy Morsels

I created a combined table of contents for the five volumes of Mathematical Astronomy Morsels by Jean Meeus, plus two of his earlier works, Astronomical Algorithms and Astronomical Formulae for Calculators. It includes a combined index, along with abbreviations and corrections.

If you print it, I suggest using your PDF viewer's "booklet" option to print two pages per side, double-sided, for 16 sheets total. Then fold it in half and keep it with your Morsels volumes for quick and convenient reference.

In Foxit Reader, I selected "Booklet" handling on the print dialog, then set Binding to left, Booklet subset to Front, and Margins to 0. That prints the front side of 8 sheets. I then reordered the sheets so the first sheet feeds first and loaded them in the paper tray. I repeated the print command, this time with Booklet subset set to Back to get double-sided sheets. How you order the sheets (last-first or blank side up/down) depends on your particular printer.
